Oil Painting as a Meditation

  • In a relaxed non-judgemental setting, we are encouraged to paint from within and experience firsthand the potential of this adaptable medium.
  • Guided meditations along with technical instruction allow each of us to explore the beauty and flexibility of a variety of oil painting techniques.
  • With this approach to painting we develop a sense of contentment and happiness while we learn to celebrate our own unique style of painting with others.
  • A variety of subjects are explored. Recommended for both beginner and developing artist.
